The suitable candidate:
- Should have a minimum 2 – 3 years experience in helping run a busy high-pressure kitchen
- Must have high standards, be able to work quickly and cope well with pressure as well as well as be able to lead and motivate staff.
- Must have experience with stock control and ordering essential. Must be willing to work shifts.
- Must be able to manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
