Vibrant and dynamic Restaurant Manager
- Must have a minimum of 6 years management experience with at least 2 years as Senior or GM in an upmarket venue.
- Must be extemely guest orientated understanding that the role of the true restauranteur is on the floor
- Must have the ability to lead, manage and inspire staff.
- Should be highly presentable, well spoken with outgoing with a friendly personality.
- The ability to remain calm and cope under pressure essential.
- Fiancial acumen and ability to manage budgets and beverage costs essential.
