Our People

DirectorPascale Allen

Pascale Allen, the founding member, has in excess of 20 years of international and local expertise in the hospitality industry, as well as 12 years in human resource management, training and development. She is a trusted professional within the industry. She also holds a number of accolades including being a registered SDF with the Association of Skills Development Facilitators South Africa, as well as a full FEDHASA member. Pascale believes that each person has within them the capacity to realise their true potential, if only encouraged to do so.

Leadership & Performance CoachJessica Hudson

Jessica holds a Business Diploma in Practitioner Coaching from The Coaching Centre and is trained as a professional facilitator in conflict and change. Jessica specialises in facilitating work environments that help people think for themselves, whilst raising motivation, performance and productivity.

Training & Coaching SpecialistDominique Ripoll-Dausa

Dominique is a service-focused individual with over 15 years of training and coaching experience under his belt. He has experience in 5* hospitality operations both internationally and locally including the Hyde Park Mandarin Hotel, Eurostar, Hilton and Winchester Mansions. He has worked in a range of industries including call centres such as Mind Pearl and is an expert in industrial relations, conflict management and resolution.
